This song is obviously full of questions. Did you notice how -sın, -sin suffix is all over the place? She is asking informal you=sen questions and these might be quite useful to remember:

Nasılsın? = How are you?

İyi misin? = Are you fine/OK?

Nerelisin?  = Where are you from?

Sen kimsin? = Who are you? (!! This might sound rude unless it is in an informal and familiar setting.)
